Catering

Our corporate catering service was established in the early 80s at the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where we provided breakfast and lunch services through our mobile kitchens. Our business grew to include various small vending carts, that still service the Hospital of the University of Penn as well as pizzerias, diners and restaurants in the Philadelphia area.

Cypress Café

We currently provide in-house catering and cafeteria management services for Citrix Systems, Inc. and have been doing so since 2001. In addition to providing breakfast and lunch service on a daily basis in their cafeteria, we also cater their corporate functions held both on and off premises as well as meetings, employee picnics and private executive events.
